EasyTracer V1 terms.

Your V1 purchase.

EasyTracer V1 is a one-time purchase at the price shown on the download page and at checkout, with activation on up to two computers. It is not a subscription and has no annual license expiry. Review the checkout total, including any applicable tax, before paying.

Your purchase licenses you to use V1. It does not include future major versions or a promise of lifetime upgrades. Check the download page for the currently supported operating systems and available installer before purchasing.

Countries and language.

When sales open, EasyTracer will be offered to buyers in all countries supported by Lemon Squeezy, subject to its payment and country restrictions. Check Lemon Squeezy’s supported buyer countries for current availability. EasyTracer’s software and support are provided in English.

Activation and availability.

Keep your license key private. Your V1 license has no annual expiry, but exports require an online license check. Export authorization depends on the licensing service and may be unavailable during an outage. A non-expiring license does not mean offline exports or a promise that the licensing service will operate forever.

To move to another computer, deactivate the old device first. If it is no longer available, contact support with your order number and purchase email. We can verify ownership and help release its activation slot. Do not email your full license key.

Your footage and results.

You retain your rights to your original footage and the content you create. Use footage and other material you have permission to use. You are responsible for reviewing your inputs, tracer placement, timing and exported result, and for keeping backups of your files.

EasyTracer creates an estimated flight from the points and shot details you supply. It does not independently establish the ball’s actual flight or landing. Results depend on your footage and adjustments.

Payments and refunds.

Lemon Squeezy handles checkout as merchant of record. Its buyer terms apply to the payment transaction.

Request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing lc@teamcole.com with your order number and purchase email. We will refund the EasyTracer purchase to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when it appears. See the refund policy.

A refunded license no longer authorizes exports. Your original footage remains yours.

Responsible use and support.

Do not distribute your key publicly, sell copies of EasyTracer without permission, or bypass its activation controls. Contact support if an activation is incorrect or your license has been blocked.

We provide email support in English for activation, device recovery and reproducible V1 issues. Include your computer model, operating system, EasyTracer version and a short description of the issue. We do not guarantee a response time, a fix for every issue, or lifetime updates.

The privacy notice explains the information used to provide the website, licensing and support. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
